★★★★☆　国連・子どもの権利委員会の報告ガイドラインや総括所見を中心に、必要に応じて関連の国際文書や他の人権条約機関の見解も参照しながら、条約の実施のためにどのような措置が必要とされているか、条文ごとに解説した書。条文によってむらがあったり、編者（Peter Newellほか）の私的見解に納得のいかない部分もあったりしますが、研究者や弁護士には便利。

★★★★★　上のハンドブックの新版ですが、かなり刷新されています。依然としてイギリス国内の議論が中心ですが、論点もかなり広がり、だいぶおもしろくなっています。アメリカよりもイギリスの議論のほうが日本には参考になるはずですので、推奨。
